What to check first
For tournaments, confirm age group, format, roster rules, gender rules, game length, playoffs, surface, footwear, medical or waiver rules, refund policy, and whether the organizer has the field locked.
For fan events, confirm reservation rules, match-screening schedule, age restrictions, weather plan, food or vendor setup, and whether the listing is official, club-led, or bar-led.
