Bring your time, creativity, or love of soccer. One event or an ongoing role—start here. We’ll help you find the right fit.
Find your role.
See where you could help. Choose a starting point—we can work out the details together.
Event crew
Help the day run smoothly.
Welcome players, support check-in, set up fields, organize equipment, and help with transitions. One event at a time is welcome.
What you’d do
Welcome players and families and help with check-in.
Set up cones, goals, bibs, balls, and session equipment.
Help coaches organize lines, teams, and transitions.
Support boot trials, bag returns, or checkout when assigned.
Help pack down and leave the field ready for the next group.
How it can work A single event or occasional shifts. We agree the date, arrival time, duties, and finish before you commit.
Photography & video
Capture the people and the game.
Take photos, film soccer and behind-the-scenes moments, shoot phone video, or help select and edit content.
What you’d do
Photograph action, portraits, families, and the event atmosphere.
Film short vertical clips of 1v1s, scrimmages, goals, and reactions.
Capture interviews and behind-the-scenes moments.
Select and edit photos or cut reels from approved footage.
Coordinate field coverage and hand over files with agreed credits and permissions.
How it can work Event coverage or editing from home. Tell us whether you shoot photos, camera video, phone video, or edit; we agree deliverables and timing together.
Social media & design
Help JOGA show up and grow.
Create graphics, edit reels, plan posts, share community stories, and help manage social channels.
What you’d do
Create posts, stories, carousels, event graphics, and reusable templates.
Edit short videos and write clear captions.
Plan a simple content calendar and prepare event announcements.
Help respond to community questions through approved accounts.
Track what people engage with and suggest useful content ideas.
How it can work A small project or a regular creative role. Share the tools you use and examples if you have them; experience is welcome but not required for every task.
Coaching
Help players learn and improve.
Support sessions, assist coaches, or lead agreed private training. Youth, adult, and pro coaching levels are welcome to apply.
What you’d do
Assist the session lead with warmups, practice activities, and games.
Explain activities, organize teams, and help players stay involved.
Offer clear, positive feedback that fits the players’ ages and abilities.
Lead private training only within an agreed, approved scope.
Coordinate player safety and concerns with the session lead.
How it can work Share your coaching level—youth, adult, or pro—and your experience. Responsibilities, supervision, and any required checks are agreed before you work with players.
Operations & partnerships
Build what happens behind the scenes.
Help with scheduling, admin, player communication, scouting coordination, sponsor research, or community partnerships.
What you’d do
Help organize schedules, crew assignments, and follow-ups.
Support player and family communication through approved channels.
Research potential sponsors, venues, schools, and community partners.
Help prepare partnership materials and keep contacts organized.
Assist with approved scouting coordination, program research, and practical admin.
How it can work Remote tasks, event support, or an ongoing role. We agree clear ownership; outreach, spending, and partnership promises need approval.
Not sure yet
There’s still a place to start.
Tell us your interests and when you can help. We’ll work together to find a useful role that fits your skills and availability.
What you’d do
Tell us what you enjoy, what you are good at, or what you want to learn.
Start with a small, agreed task or an event support role.
Explore media, creative, coaching support, or organization.
Build experience with feedback and a named point of contact.
How it can work You do not need a large following or a finished portfolio. Tell us your availability and we’ll discuss where you could help.
A few details. One application.
How does the crew work?
Tell us what you’re interested in. We’ll follow up when there’s a suitable opportunity, then agree on a simple plan together. Applying does not confirm a job, shift, or team place.
What about Academy, First Team, and founding members?
These are ways to recognize involvement, not extra applications. Academy is for youth community members and people ready to help a little more. First Team is the regular crew. Founding Member / OG recognizes the original building community; Captains coordinate agreed projects. We’ll discuss the right fit directly.
